By teaching you a large variety of different breathing techniques and simple yoga, metditation and resting exercises you gain knowledge of what makes for a healthy lifestyle for you. You learn to listen inwards, feel your core and move your focus from the thoughts that are swirling around in your mind. You learn to become more aware of what your body is telling you and that allows you to bring out your positive sides. You get tools for change, a transformation that will also affect your loved ones.
This two day package includes:
-Arrival Saturday morning 10:30am - 11:00am, Welcome and information.
-Yoga class nr 1. - 11:00am - 12:30pm. "Stretching for body and mind." A workout that works with your whole benig and brings out the light within you.
-Lunch incl. coffee and tea as well as check-in. 12:30pm - 02:00pm.
-Yoga class nr 2. 02.00pm - 04:00pm "Yoga for balance of the chakra system."
A slightly longer yoga session that balances your energy. We take a closer look at the chakra system and how it affects your health. Step by step we go through the body's different energy levels with the help of different yoga exercises and meditation.
-Afternoon coffee / tea with accessories in the Bistro 04:00pm -04:30pm
-Free time for Spa, socializing, walking and reflection, 04:30pm - 08:00pm (Spa time between
06:00 - 08:00).
-Three course dinner 08:00pm.
-Day 2. Breakfast Sunday morning 08:00am - 10:00am.
-Yoga class nr 3. 10:00am - 12:00pm "Your innermost intention." A slightly more physical workout that focuses on opening you up to your path in life.
-Closing At 12:00pm – 12:30pm. Summary, opportunity to share your experiences from yoga and the opportunity to give feedback on the weekend.
